Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical merchandise orders placed through the JTS store, including our Royal Empowerment Collection and the JTS x Susan G. Komen Collection.

Processing Time

All physical orders are custom prepared. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing before shipment begins. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Digital Products

Digital guides and resources are delivered instantly via a secure download link sent to your email address. No shipping charges apply to digital products.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
